Talk: In Praise of the Humble Potato

Fellow foodies are welcome to join our panel of chefs, grocers and food bloggers as we celebrate the versatility of the potato and its prevalence in weekend dishes and culture (even our TV screens!).

Chefs Mary-Ellen McTague and Ngwafu, food historian Neil Buttery and Dan Monks of Unicorn Grocery come together to salute the potato and its presence in dishes from around the world.

We invite attendees to share their favourite recipes and tell us the ways the potato features in your weekend – whether it’s in a chippy tea on a Friday, or with your roast on a Sunday, we want to hear it!
