Sens Sagna – An inspirational and experienced dancer, singer and teacher from the Cassamance region of Senegal, West Africa. Sens works with a music collective in the form of The Kajamor Family. The Sens Sagna and the Kajamor Family band are based in Manchester and came together to create a unique music fusion. The band plays infectious afro reggae grooves, Afrobeat and raw African beats to create a unique sound in world music tradition.

SENS SAGNA AND THE KAJAMOR FAMILY will entertain you with the musical and social banner of Afro beat, reggae and ska. The music is influenced by the powerful African rhythmical masters TOURE KUNDA and FELA KUTI, originators of the Afrobeat sound. Led by charismatic groove master Sens Sagna, the 6-strong band is comprised of a diverse band of talented and funky musicians from Manchester and around the globe – we promise you will want to dancee!
