Mature Movers brings a unique blend of music, dance, and comedy that have made them a local sensation in the Salford area.

Based in Eccles and founded in 2004, Mature Movers started as an exercise class for over 50s. Under the guidance of their new teacher, Martina Coggins, they embraced dance and began learning simple routines.

Their debut performance at The Met Theatre in Bury was a hit, and the rest is history!
